Generally I will require that we sit down for a session of mental exploration before we delve into BDSM and kink exploration, or some erotic touch practice. This will create a framework for our time together, and generate ideas for future exploration.

This can also be a nice introduction to  sensual or erotic exploration; to help create the comfort and sense of safety you need for exploration of your physical wishes.
